The Residence.

The new residence is situated at No 52, on the adjoining block of land to lake Illawarra bed and Breakfast. Entry is through Magic Happens. This is the door with Tinkerbell on it. Our new modern kitchen and fantastic dining room are in this new extension to our bed and breakfast. Covered Outside entertainment areas will be also completed in the near future, with the solar heated swimming pool and decking areas for familys to relax and enjoy. The hot tub is in the pool area. 
We have opened a new family unit on the ground floor of 54. This was formerly the residence of Bob and Rosemary. This unit has 1 Queen size bedroom with corner spa ensuite, dining room, full kitchen, loungeroom with 2 sofa lounges, austar in lounge and bedroom, also an enclosed vernadah with views of the pool, hot tub and gardens. Ideal for a family of 4 -6. 
 

For that special weekend away.
Your comfort is our first thought when we planned our rooms. Due to the number of guests we have had stay with us who have difficulty with the stairs, we have decided to open the ground floor as an additional room. This room  offers a queen size bed and corner spa in the ensuite. and Austar to bed room and lounge room.  Alternatively this unit can be used as a family unit. We also have 2 new rooms on offer, on ground floor level both with spa baths and showers for easy access.
Room 2 is the largest room with a queen sized bed, queens size sofa, private spa bath ensuite, a doule balcony,. TV, and Dvd player.
Room 3 is a twin room with a shower ensuite. This room has TV, and DVD player.
Rooms 4 and 5 are also queen rooms with shower ensuites, TV, DVD player and covered balconies.

For your comfort. A guest kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, refridgerator, and microwave are situated in the upstairs foyer adjoining the guests rooms. Bar-b-ques are also provided for your convenience in the shaded garden areas. Breakfast is now served in the dining room.

The choice is your's.

A BBQ breakfast on the verandah, or you could even lay in bed and have breakfast brought to your room.
Specialist breakfast, including sparkling wine, can be arranged on request.
Guests are invited to spend some time with Robert and Rosemary in a 'happy hour', if they so desire, daily, in the family area.
BBQ facilities are provided for guest's enjoyment and a swimming pool for your use. The gardens are idyllic and have been designed to complement the beauty of the Australian flora.
